Features: Refill timetable for 4 inch OD body trap, 5 hours Two piece clamped body design Removable liquid nitrogen reservoir Traps all condensable vapors Stainless Steel type 304 construction, Viton O-Ring Common Dimensions & Specs: A: 10 B: 4 C: 1.5 D: 3.5 E: 4 F: 3 Liquid Nitrogen Reservoir: 0.75 liter Inlet & Outlet Flange Size: KF16 Each trap offers simple reliable operation, along with high efficiency ratings of better than 99% and when correctly employed practically eliminate hydrocarbon back-streaming issues and are valuable additions to any high vacuum system. The benefits of putting in service the correct In-Line traps are lower ultimate base pressures, cleaner chambers and extended periods of operation. Isolation valves should always be closed to prevent trapped gases from escaping into the work chamber when warming up the trap, during bak-eouts, maintenance cycles, etc. Isolation valves can also be placed between any capture trap and the work chamber. These In-Line traps extend the life of the pump the hydrocarbon fluid, and minimize maintenance issues. These traps actually act as a pump producing lower base pressures and faster pump down. Without appropriate trapping, condensable vapors can intrude into the mechanical pump, limiting the ultimate base pressure of the pump to unacceptably high levels. These traps collect vapors by utilizing a refrigerant such as liquid nitrogen and should be the foremost choice in high moisture, condensable effluent applications. as they are being pumped from the vacuum chamber, but before they can intrude into the mechanical pump. Ideal Vacuum Vapor-Pumping In-Line Liquid Nitrogen Trap Inlet and Outlet NW16 KF16, Body size 4 inch OD Ideal Vacuum Vapor-Pumping Liquid Nitrogen Traps (LNT) Series In-Line traps are capture type traps that collect condensable gas vapors such as water, solvents, etc. Thermo ThermoChill Standard Temp Chillers.Thermo Neslab Haake ARCTIC Immersion Bath Chillers.Neslab Thermo Cool Heat Recirculating Chillers.Neslab ThermoFlex Recirculating Chillers.Agilent Technologies Vacuum Pressure Gauges.Edwards ELD Series Helium Leak Detectors.Pfeiffer Adixen ASM Series Helium Leak Detectors.OF Series Filtering Systems,External Oil Filtration.Parts, Kits, Temp Indicators, Accessories.ExploraVAC CUBE TVAC Chamber Instruments.ExploraVAC Max TVAC Chamber Instruments.Dry Semiconductor Vacuum Pumps and Accessories. We also have second hand and demo vessels which we can offer with warranty.Capacitive probe for level measurement and switch-over device.Undercarriage options, stainless steel transport cart with air tires or pallet (truck / forklift).Often these are also tanks with larger volumes such as 180 Litres (the smallest), 230 Litres being the next size and then quickly going up to 600, 1000 Litres and more. Optionally, these pressure tanks can come with a pressure building device and/or capacitive probe for level measurement.įor high pressure tanks we are looking at a working pressure range of 4 bar and in some cases up to 37 bar for the withdrawal of gaseous Nitrogen. Usually these stainless steel vessels are movable by means of casters but in some cases it can be a stainless steel transport cart with air tyres or pallet frame. When it comes to low pressure tanks we are looking at a working pressure range of 1.5 bar and in some cases up to 4 bar for the withdrawal of liquid Nitrogen. For the pouring vessels we can also offer options such as a manual discharge device with or without a cryogenic hose and with a very low working pressure of 0.5 bar. This can be either via open dewars in the range from 0.5 up to 100+ Litres or pouring vessels in the range from 3 to 50 Litres. We have several options for storing and the internal transport of small volumes of liquid Nitrogen. if you have any need please feel free to ask us. Next to Nitrogen (N2) vessels we can also supply vessels for Oxygen O2, carbon dioxide CO2, Argon Ar, Helium He gasses etc. When looking at liquid Nitrogen (LiN) storage we distinguish in several groups of vessels in connection with their use (gas/liquid withdrawal), working pressure, Aluminium or stainless steel and their size (volume in Litres).
